Can't face any more clary sage tea, and the 'real' meds (nsaid and ab) just don't seem to work. Am planning a 'kill or cure' trip to the sauna tomorrow...

Give the AB some time to work, if you haven't already. Maybe you need to jump in the bath with you-know-who up there...

And PLEASE take me to the sauna - I love them and haven't been in one in months :(
