*is back*

Is back... and slightly deaf now... hanging out in the front row was a bit much on my ears, despite plugs... but one can't be in the pits all the time... and next to the soundbox is too far away...

Best performance of festival goes to Dark Tranquillity.
They really know what they are doing on stage, picked the perfect songs to play... and did a great job at entertining the crowd ;) Somehow it is amusing to see the drummer wrecking the drumkit again and again (some poor stage hand had to run out about 5 times with replacement parts and repair things) and to see Mr Stanne, 40+, 8footsomething, viking lookalike with red beard and long red curly hair, pretend to sing the playback female parts of the songs himself...
ROFLOL... or rolling in the mud, rather... there were downours and thunderstorms...

(talking about stage hands, I swear they had Legolas in the stage crew, only his nose was a bit narrower... and ears not pointy...)
