There was a test in my jobtraining thing today, so was slightly busy revising the last couple of days...

... but school vacation in over and I made it to the pool! YaY! *SPLASH*

Sad to say I still felt I wasn't really getting anywhere but doing aquatic violence. Now I want to dig out my Total Immersion stuff, I was at their neat workshop in London a couple of yea... um... *cough*ten years ago, must still have some training worksheets somewhere...

Off to sleep now, have to go see my gp before work tomorrow to get blood taken and checked to control my meds. Bloody vampires.
