Ok, Op überstanden, bin noch im Krankenhaus.

Das spannende an dieser Art der endoskopischn Op ist ja, dass man wirklich nur bisschen Beruhigung und gezieltes 'Ausschalten' der Nerven braucht - und man sich während der Op mit dem Chirurg/Anästhesisten/usw austauschen kann... unsere Unterhaltung über den Unterschied 'Endoskopische Op Handgelenk Mensch / endoskopische Op Labmagen Kuh' hat jedenfalls das ganze Op-Team unterhalten...

Er gab aber auch so eine gute Vorlage, als er ins Gelenk schaute meine er: 'oh, das sieht hier aber wüst aus!' ... da musste ich ja drüber... Geschichten aus dem Bauchraum der Kuh...

Ok, operation done and am still in hospital.

The exciting thing about this type of endoscopic surgery is that you really only need a bit of sedation and targeted 'switching off' of the nerves - and you can talk to the surgeon / anesthesiologist / etc. during the operation... our conversation about the difference 'endoscopic op wrist human / endoscopic op abomasum cow' entertained the whole op team anyway....

But he gave such a good opening when he looked into the joint and said: 'oh, that looks desolate in here!' ... I just had to tell tales of stalagmites, stalagtites and other oddities in the abdominal cavity of the cow...
