In regards of reading, I find that I have been addicted to audio books or at least audio companions to kindle books lately. It makes reading easier and faster I find. And even if you don't have time to read you can always listen.

But I can do it whilst doing other things, for instance walking or you can do it in the car whilst driving.
I even find that I can do it during tedious work at work.
Sometimes it even helps me to concentrate more.
Drowning out the nuisance gossip of the colleagues for instance.
Why not give it a try and see if it works for you.
Just try it with one book at first.
I did that with the Outlander series and that got me hooked. Davina Porter, the reader of that series, is particularly good.
