Before heading out to the Therme, we met up at my parents to have lunch together. There were pancakes!
I experimented today, so in addition to the usual ham-and-cheese and apple pancakes, I made both banana and marshmallow ones as well! My father wanted onion, but I do draw the line somewhere...
Recipe: (for the plain basic dough)
5 eggs
200g plain flour, no additives
200ml milk
80g sugar
... mix and bake pancakes!
