From the Wiki article: "Bisikov states that Paul could be "easily trained" to choose the right box by smell." Which leaves the question of who chooses which is the right box in the first place ...

I think the Cthulhu theory has more going for it.

And yes - the Dutch were foul. I am surprised they didn't end up with just 5 players on the pitch.
