Urgh! That is awful ... If you read this *HUGS* and *CLINGS* and *CUDDLES*
Since the Windows 7 is quite legible, it looks as if it might be the internet signal that is wrong, rather than the screen - or even the computer ...
But something is definitely wrong. I blame llamas
