So...
Been to Waterloo again (here is a link to my first visit), with a friend this time. But (sadly) not a historically interested friend, a diving friend! Which meant that we went to Nemo33 first, Waterloo second ... ok, ok, YAY for diving with my buddy!
And we had exellent Thai food in the Nemo33 restaurant, exellent. Plus the dinner entertainment is GREAT!
Waterloo - the battlefield - pretty much looks like in the pics linked above, only the turnips are corn this year... which makes me wonder about how they are going to deal with the crops '15... *thinks agricultural thoughts*
And even my diving buddy noticed that the Belgians give the impression Napoleon won and emperord Europe... ;) ... which again makes me wonder about '15... and it really struck me that there is little mention of the Prussian/Hannoveran/Braunschweiger/Nassauer participation... *wonders about '15 again*
And I got BELGIAN CHOCOLATE! *can't type any more, must enjoy the last of it now*
