Today is my 5th (Re-)birthday. Or not!deathday? Or something like that...

So, ok, went to that court date re:accident 4 years ago.
Judge heard all the witnesses, found that yes, they are all saying what it says in the files, and no that still does not explain the accident... so decided an expert is needed to give an accident evaluation. This evaluation will take about one and a half years to get done and will cost 2000 to 3000€. Then court will get going again.

I was pretty speechless at that. I mean... the whole thing happened 4 years ago, someone might have thought to order an evaluation, say 3 years ago? Or something?
Reminder:( this is what my car looked like )this is what my car looked like after it took 21 firefighters one and a half hours to get me (in a coma) out of it...

And getting mail and other business sorted... and discovering that my mother's mobile died of old age and that one of my cousins got her an (very much not new) iphone... WHICH I WILL GRAB ONTO WHEN I'M IN THE UNICLINIC TO PLAY PAPA SANGRE II ON!

Ok, back home. Yes, there will be more theray, but have avoided stationary for now. On the neurological side I'm in the lower ranges of my age group, and there will be another brain MRI to have a look at the scarring again, but that is to be accepted.

Going for a complete neurological-psycological assessment tomorrow. Not yay. It's supposed to take about 5 or 6 hours... I just hope they'll let me go again when they are done.

So. In two weeks I have to go back to the clinic for a complete neurological-psychological assessment (there is that additional bother with the brain damage). That won't be just a talk with the head of department (as I had Friday), but a whole series of testing, taking at least 3 hours in the morning, a lunch break (I bet they'll want to observe me then, too) and another 3 hours in the afternoon. Not yay.
